Last updated: June 26, 2026

ASAP Heating & Air Duct ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides heating, cooling, and air duct services across Cottonwood Heights and the Salt Lake Valley, Utah. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us when you contact us for service or a quote. This may include:

Your name and contact details (phone number, email address, and the service address)
Details about your home and HVAC system, including the service you want and your schedule
The content of calls, text messages, and emails you exchange with us

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

Respond to your request and prepare a quote
Schedule, perform, and follow up on heating, cooling, and air duct work
Communicate with you about your service by phone, text message, or email
Keep records required to operate our business and meet legal obligations

How we share information

We share your information only as needed to run our business, and never for unrelated marketing:

With trusted service providers (for example, our customer communication and scheduling software) who process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it
When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

SMS / Text Messaging and Your Consent

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from ASAP Heating & Air Duct when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (385) 549-5123. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

What we send. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How you opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to (385) 549-5123. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact details at the end of this policy. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile Information and Information Sharing

This section applies to the mobile number and text-messaging consent described above.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to (385) 549-5123, and reply HELP for help. Our full text messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies — small files stored by your browser — to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We may use:

Essential cookies, required for the site to load and function.
Analytics cookies, which tell us in aggregate which pages are visited and how people reach us.
Advertising and conversion tags, which let us measure whether an ad led to an inquiry.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them entirely. Doing so may stop parts of this site from working. Your browser may also offer a "Do Not Track" setting; because there is no common standard for how sites should respond to it, we do not currently respond to those signals.

Your Rights and Choices

You control the information you share with us. At any time you may:

Unsubscribe from text messages — reply STOP to (385) 549-5123 and we will stop texting that number.
Unsubscribe from email — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
Access the personal information we hold about you.
Update or correct anything that is out of date or wrong.
Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
Object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell personal information.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we will respond within the time the law allows. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will make that clear on this page.
